KIM NEAL DAVIS

Executive Director

Kim joined the InsideOut staff in February 2020. Having discovered a passion for serving the local community, Kim has dedicated her career to not-for-profit marketing and fundraising. Kim attended Miami University where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Education. Most recently, she earned her Certificate in Fund Raising Management from Indiana University. As a Hamilton native, Kim advocates for the resurgence and economic growth in our community. She has a passion for serving individuals with disabilities and understands the core values of Inspiration Studios.

COLTON MEHLMAN

Director of Operations

Meet Colton! Colton is the Director of Operations at Inspiration Studios. He joined the staff in October 2022. He is a 2016 graduate from Miami University, Oxford with a Bachelor of Arts in Education. Colton has a variety of experience in the field both professionally and as a volunteer. He has been a part of several great developmental disability movements including Best Buddies and the Erase the R Word campaign. Colton enjoys doing photography in his free time and loves to spend time with his family.

STEPHEN SMITH

Program Manager, InsideOut Studio

Stephen originally joined InsideOut Studio in 2012 as a Creative Consultant. He is a 2003 graduate from Miami University, Oxford with a Master's degree in Art Education and a Bachelor's in Painting. Stephen has a variety of experience in the field of art, including gallery and museum work, mural making, and teaching in public school as well as community education. Aside from teaching, he also exhibits his own paintings throughout the region.
