Jonathan keeps wellness simple and effective—his top tips are to work out and eat the right foods. He joined Inclusive Wellness to spend time with others. One of his favorite activities so far has been going on walks outside, enjoying the fresh air and movement. Jonathan’s personal goal is to help out by cleaning rooms in the wellness space, showing his dedication to keeping the environment welcoming for everyone. A fun fact about Jonathan? He loves history.
